Massage with Professional Body Worker - Professional Body Workers must maintain an above average request rate coupled with superior body work.  They are our therapists with proven hands-on skills.

Massage with Master Body Worker - While skilled in both deep tissue and Swedish massage, our master body workers are specifically trained in rehab and injury work.  They are also trained in other treatments such as myoskeletal alignment and lymphatic drainage.  Master Body workers are our most  "seasoned" therapist.

Myoskeletal Alignment Technique - Through targeting deep spinal muscles and the connective tissue around the vertebral joints of the spine, this technique aids in naturally aligning the body, without the forced manipulation of joints.  (Not for the light hearted! This is the ultimate deep tissue.)

Cranial-Sacral Therapy - A light pressure technique used on specific points designed to alleviate undue pressure on the brain and spinal cord.  Excellent for migraine sufferers!

Lymphatic Drainage -Light pressure massage applied directly over the lymph nodes designed to flush out unwanted toxins in the body.

Hot Stone Massage - A tranquil massage done with hot stones.  Stones are laid on the back and used to massage.  This is the ultimate in relaxation!

Reflexology -Pressure points are stimulated on either the hands or feet.  This treatment is designed to assist in easing and eliminating physical restrictions.

Hypnotherapy Session - Receive a custom, one-on-one session from our certified hypnotherapist.

Cupping - Manual placement of chinese cups placed stratigically on different parts of the body.  Air is then taken out of the cups.  This technique is excellent for pain relief.
